Will I have to pay your commission?
If so, how much do you charge?

We charge landlords and sellers industry standard commission rates. There's a generally accepted sliding scale for leasing transaction (we can e-mail you the detailed description of it upon request), and 4%-6% of the purchase price for sales transactions (depending on a deal size). Do not keep your property empty or unsold! Broker commission is just a derivative of a successful real estate transaction! Let's get your deal done!
